HOW WE BUILD
Our residence complexes are always recognisable: our architectural style is part of our philosophy and our DNA.
Attention for detail is reflected in all the building decisions we make: from the use, for the outside finishes, of traditional Sardinian materials such as granite, widely used for portions of façades, capitals, window sills and thresholds, to painting in “Sardinian” earth colours, the use of chestnut and juniper wood for roofs, and the care given to the outside walkways of condominium buildings, which are always made using top-quality materials, such as, for example, the Spanish cotto used for the “Zodiaco” complex.
The interior finishes are also of top quality, both in terms of the floors and the choice of doors, windows and shutters, with colours selected to match those of the outside façades.
Spacious balconies and covered verandas, as well as private garden areas, make it possible to enjoy the outdoors – the sea breezes and the perfumes of the Mediterranean maquis vegetation.
The gardens are well landscaped with tree species such as plane trees, myrtle and strawberry trees as well as with flower species typical of the Sardinian maquis vegetation, such as bougainvillea, sempervivum, hibiscus and oleanders.
Great care is also given to the sun-terrace areas around the swimming pool which, where envisaged, is always carefully designed to give the complex a touch of exclusivity.
